Ed Penner Construction Ltd, located in Winkler, MB is a full-service Commercial, Agricultural and Industrial Construction & General Contracting company serving Southern Manitoba. In business for over 16 years, EPC has established a strong relationship with professionals, suppliers, and sub-contractors to deliver a high-quality product.
EPC has earned a solid reputation for its quality workmanship in both small and large projects. By investing in staff that are trained and qualified we are able to complete each project from start to finish. From the initial design phase and quoting, through to the construction and fine details of finish work, we are dedicated to working with our customers to ensure budgets are maintained and time lines are met. Combined with quality workmanship and building standards that result in projects that are both aesthetic and functional for years to come.
History
Ed Penner is a journeyman carpenter with over 25 years of experience in the building industry. He started the business in 2004 specializing in custom homes and renovations. In 2011, with the demand for commercial projects on the rise, Ed moved away from residential construction to focus solely on commercial steel and wood frame buildings. In 2018, Ed diversified again to include more of the agricultural sector with the purchase of a Zimmerman Arch Rib machine for the construction of potato storages.
